Pull request overview
Adds sub-organization scoped tags to the CSV export produced by EventsController#sub_organizations, so partners can see each subevent’s tags alongside its identifiers and balance.
Changes:
- Add a
Tagscolumn to the sub-organizations CSV header. - Preload
scoped_tagsand append a comma-joined list of tag names to each exported row.
