Threat Management Bagde not syncing with current available alerts

Describe the bug

The bagde is not syncing with the current available alerts indices. Keeps showing a high amount when there only one index with only one alert.

Regression Issue

Expected Behavior

Sync each few minutes with the amount of alerts available

Current Behavior

Not syncing

Reproduction Steps

Remove few alert indices and check the badge after few minutes
