请求适配YS-M99,测试使用rock-pi-4c固件可开机。 #3384
Description
测试rock-pi-4c的armbian固件可以开机，HDMI输出正常，网口获取正常，sd卡槽正常。
现有问题是usb2.0和usb3.0异常。ap6212wifi模块异常。
网口芯片：rtl8211e
电源管理芯片：rk808-d
音频管理芯片：ES8316
接口：DC 网口 usb2.01 usb3.01 HDMI接口 sd卡槽 音频接口
提供有原机安卓9dts，以及反编译rk3399-rock-pi-4c.dts，以及开机的dmesg
