Add support for MSSQL

HI :)
I am using OBI on my k8s cluster and my application is using Microsoft SQL Server, but the issue is that OBI did not recognize that.
The issue is that MSSQL packet looking different than other SQL Databases because they are using UTF-16LE while PostgresQL using UTF-8.
Is there a possibility to add support for MSSQL too?

usually the heuristic_sql_detect would catch this but as you said since its using UTF-16LE and not UTF-8 it can't match it
easiest change to make is to change / enable heuristic_sql_detect to check with UTF-16LE as well as utf-8, but since its only a use case for mssql ASAIK i think we should just go ahead and implement a mssql parser
