Ability to download, toggle, and save sets of extensions

The ability to group specific extensions and give them a name, sort of like different loadouts. Then, after grouping certain extensions, have the ability to enable/disable a group of extensions. This would allow developers to remain on VS code but have the ability to switch extensions based on their context. More modularity
